. The Trojan range of automatic top loading parts washers, are ideal for all heavy duty general purpose spray wash cleaning applications. Constructed from all stainless steel, the machines are double skinned and have 35mm sound and thermal insulation fitted as standard. A combination of a fully motorised component basket, and spray bars positioned above below and to the side of the basket, ensure that the Trojan range delivers the best cleaning performance available. Other standard features include, digital display fluid temperature controller, corrosion resistant electric fluid immersion heaters, gravity fed drain tap and auto reset wash process cycle timer. Optional extras include disc type oil skimmers, oil water separator units, ultrafiltration units, fine inline particle filtration. effluent disposal pumps, amongst many more. In addition the machines are able to be adapted for any type of component, from print rollers through to bearings. See ''Case Studies"' for more information.
