The Contract Package

Our long term aim is to provide our customer's with a full degreasing package, which is why our hire contracts have been tailored to include a lot more than just the equipment.

As standard, from the moment a contract is agreed, we strive to ensure that our equipment is delivered, installed and commisioned as smoothly as possible. We always deliver direct to site and are always more than happy to complete installation, commissioning and Operator Training, whenever or wherever required.

Every machine comes complete with its own tailor-made service package, and we guarantee that all equipment is attended by one of highly skilled engineers at least three times a year. This not only safeguards against costly breakdowns, but also ensures that we are on hand to provide technical assistance as and when required.

We operate a machine breakdown phone line, which puts customer's directly in touch with one of our own engineers, and ensures any problems or queries are attended to and dealt with as efficiently as possible.
