As a result of our ongoing product development in creating safe alternatives to solvent cleaning systems, an effective product has been added to our range of chemicals. Hydraclean PWOR gives end users, of both manual and automated aqueous systems, the ability to remove contaminants that have previously required the use of highly alkaline and caustic formulations, or in the case of manual cleaning systems, either recycled or virgin ordourless kerosene. The solution will operate effectively at low temperatures (20-40 degree C), thus reducing energy costs. It can be used in non-heated static tanks where kerosene has been the historic choice. The low foam version, Hydraclean PWOR L/F, (which will operate at temperatures of upto 70 degree C), has successfully removed heavy oil, grease and organic deposits from all substrates without attack on sensitive metals. Where cast steels and machined surfaces require good rust inhibtion the product has given excellent protection for extended periods of storage.
